Our client is seeking a vibrant individual to join the Client Services team and become the face of their Leeds office, to provide top-notch reception and administrative support to their clients and staff.
As a Front of House & Office Administrator, you'll report to the Regional FOH Supervisor and ensure every visitor has an outstanding experience.
Your attention to detail will keep the office running smoothly, handling administrative tasks with efficiency and flair.
They require an experience reception administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent.
Our client is in a healthcare setting that provide appointments for the public and are private sector owned.
The role is to meet, greet and check in the patients whilst always being friendly and helpful, the role also incudes some email administration and other general basic administration duties.
Saturday hours available to include in shift overall if required.
Work shift flexibility can be offered - core hours of 9am to 4pm must be covered for 4 days and earlier finish on a Friday (30 mins).
