We are looking for a Records Specialist to process flight training records for Airline Customers, ensure paperwork is filled-in correctly, archive files, liaise with stakeholders, report on progress and assist with (regulatory) audits.
You will be using an 'IPSS' (Integrated Planning & Scheduling System) called Firefox, but training can be given.
The Reprographics Department is a small team working in a busy office environment and is responsible for producing a large percentage of the School's digital copy and print requirement often to tight deadlines.
9.30am to 5.30pm with one hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays and School Closures.
Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings and ensure all work activities are scheduled effectively, including the identification and resolution of potential challenges and clashes.
Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.
