As a Patient Administrator, your key responsibilities will include
Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the clinical teams, including dictation, producing documentation such as discharge summaries and operation notes, and maintaining a high standard of documentation.
Liaising with clients and potential clients regarding new instructions.
Ensure all files are set up and maintained within required standards and in line with relevant procedures.
Handle post for the team ensuring that incoming post is distributed in a timely manner and saved to the correct file and section, as well as that all outgoing post is ready in good time, with any deadlines strictly adhered to.
Being accountable for the operational performance of up to 10 Administrators, The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a team of administrators as they process New claims, Payment packs and Post, with targets aligned to;
The manage the administrative functions within Pre Proceedings Credit Hire unit & provide an efficient service to the BUD and staff to ensure that excellence and high standards are attained within an innovative learning environment which is safe, healthy and inclusive for all.
