FJA are supporting a well-established company based in the Bury area. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their HR team to assist with an ongoing Admin project on a Temporary basis.
The Administrator will be office-based Monday - Friday with working hours of 8am - 4.30pm
The role of the Administrator will involve:
- Daily use of Microsoft Office - mainly Word for preparing admin documents
- Accurate data entry / updating systems
- Organisation of files - both paper-based and electronic
- Scanning and uploading documents to the database
- Any general Admin support duties as required by the team
To be considered for the Administrator role, you must have:
- Previous Admin based experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and be computer literate
