As a QC (Quality) technician as part of a global team and working with the quality coordinator you will be carrying out routine tasks as part of the laboratory team in an aseptic environment including environmental monitoring, testing of raw materials, in-process QC checks, packaging and final product QC release and testing effluent batches.
Key Responsibilities
Follow the QC work schedule to ensure nothing is missed, liaising with Quality Coordinator.

Comprehensive testing (including RF), faultfinding, rework, and assembly of electro mechanical equipment to a high standard of quality.

Overview
The successful candidate will be part of a team that will undertake comprehensive testing of high complexity electro mechanical products that form part of a marine radar navigation product range.
As a QC / Quality Laboratory Coordinator you will deputise in managing the work within the laboratory for a global organisation to ensure the tasks are completed and support technicians.
As laboratory quality (QC) coordinator you will manage the quality process - planning and supervising the lab work, testing raw materials, plating for tests, quality checks on flasks, vessels, after packing and shelf life.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the quality control process for all products manufactured.
Comprehensive testing (including RF), fault-finding, rework, and assembly of electro mechanical equipment to a high standard of quality.
Work and rework to a high standard of accuracy, consisting of operations such as, soldering & unsoldering, wiring & crimping, drilling, filing & cutting, detailed rework of printed circuit assemblies, and application of mastic & adhesives, using a variety of tools and equipment necessary to complete the operations.
