Quality Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Be responsible for their Quality Team (3 direct reports) including their performance, development, time and attendance.

Challenge deviations from standards at every opportunity; contributing to a team culture of continuous improvement and unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
Working with all areas of the factory to improve efficiency and reduce process loss.
Following the retirement of this company's Quality Manager, their Quality Engineer has been promoted to Manager, and they're now looking to hire a new Quality Engineer to join the team.
