Compliance Quality Officer
- Salary: £25,000 - Full Time Equivalent
- Location: Cheltenham
- Job Type: Part-time, Fixed-term contract (14 months)
- Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Full Time hours also considered
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Quality Officer to our client's compliance team. This role will focus on electronic and written channel quality and the management of our Monitoring Programme.
This role requires a confident individual with a strong understanding of FCA regulations.
Day to day of the role:
- Conduct thorough audits of contacts, maintaining focus over extended periods.
- Multitask effectively without losing sight of regulatory and client deadlines.
- Guide internal stakeholders through identified areas of improvement with tact and clarity.
- Embrace a variety of tasks with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Develop best practice by calibrating our monitoring standards with those of our clients.
- Drive a high-quality culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage time effectively and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an FCA regulated environment.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management is advantageous.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
