A Customer Service Quality Coordinator is responsible for continuously reviewing work items through quality monitoring and auditing to ensure compliance and adherence to the NHBC Customer Services processes and regulatory requirements.
One of our Milton Keynes based clients require an Implementation Coordinator to join their Installation team.
The Implementation Coordinator reports directly in to the Senior Implementation Manager and is responsible for supporting with all site installation services, working in partnership with the Sales Support Team and an Ecosystem of Installation Partners.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the position is responsible for the delivery of customer service excellence in line with contractual requirements, such as arranging both import and export shipments in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst achieving the required service levels.

Your role will involve working closely with not only the team but also with General Managers, Hospital Directors and Regional Directors to support them to provide responses to regulators in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team, responsible for delivering customer service excellence in line with contractual requirements.
This role involves dealing with a customer face to face, providing first class service to their queries and trying to resolve their concerns/ issues the best possible way.
