EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation with headquarters based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their established team. This is a global organisation, so great opportunity to join a highly reputable brand. This is an office based position.

On Offer for the Service Coordinator:

  • Basic salary £30,000 per annum
  • Hours are 9am to 5pm
  • Annual Bonus
  • Health Insurance
  • 7.5% pension
  • Excellent progression opportunities
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays = 32 days in total

Duties for the Service Coordinator:

  • Scheduling engineers appointments
  • Speaking with engineers and customers over the phone
  • Organising diaries and planning routes
  • Dealing with queries
  • Occasional heavy lifting involved
  • Handling products for dispatch and return
  • Occasional deliveries and collections - Must have a driving license

Ideal Service Coordinator:

  • Must have driving license
  • Experienced booking appointments or planning routes
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • If you have a technical background, this would be a huge advantage
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
