The purpose of the role is to collaborate with the client's Area Repairs Manager to inspect property exteriors and communal areas, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.
This is a full time, temporary position on an ongoing contract offering up to £300 per day Umbrella LTD.
Experienced / qualified building surveyor to carry out full property surveys specifically in relation to condensation & damp diagnosis.
The surveyor will have specific knowledge of building structures and how they contribute to the cause, be able to correctly diagnose & specify remedial requirements.
To understand and be able to use equipment to aid with diagnostics and undertaking seasonal monitoring.
