Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential properties across the Home Counties.
Due to the travelling between properties, a car driver owner is essential for this role.
This role can be based in Essex or NW London depending on your location.
This role will involve regular visits to properties, handling inquiries, conducting inspections, resolving disputes and overseeing various administrative tasks related to property management.
As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties across multiple locations, primarily across the Essex area.
The portfolio consists of approximately 400 units, predominantly new build with an average of 25 units per block.
