The Role - Production Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for production and administration? We are looking for a friendly and proactive Production Administrator to join our team within the creative industry.

As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes along with supporting the company Directors with their administration duties. If you have the relevant experience, then we want to hear from you!

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain production schedules, keeping track of timelines and deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation on company system
  • General office administration duties
  • Scheduling deliveries with couriers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients and contractors
  • Managing director's diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet and greet clients and customers
  • Maintain company stationary

Please note full training will be given.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in production administration or a related role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent work ethic
  • A keen interested in social media
  • Full driving licence would be an advantage

The Package

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • 21-days holiday plus bank holidays - increasing one day per year
