Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential properties across the Home Counties. Due to the travelling between properties, a car driver owner is essential for this role. This role can be based in Essex or NW London depending on your location.
Your role will involve: -
- Residential property inspections and looking after the general maintenance of the buildings.
- You will be dealing with contractors, managing budgets, overseeing Section 20 Major works and attending AGM's.
- Reading leases and dealing with any breaches of the lease.
- Dealing with Insurance ensuring developments are fully insured, including property owners and employer liability cover.
- Communicating with clients/landlords/leaseholders and residents' queries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a lettings property management background and be looking to move into Block Property Management. You will need strong administration, communication and people skills. The AIRPM Qualification would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.

The salary for this position is between £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
