OUR CLIENT is a growing real estate owner / investor and due to expansion, they are looking for a Property Administrator to join the Team and support the Asset/Property Management team.
The Property Administrator will assist the Commercial Asset Managers with
instructing and corresponding with letting agents on vacant commercial properties.
Monitoring and dealing with lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expiries with tenants.
Assisting the sales and lettings team in various administrative tasks.
Uploading property details and client information onto Veco and RPS systems.
