Utilities Administrator - Residential Property

Our client is hiring for a Utilities Administrator - assisting tenants set up/discontinue their water, gas and electricity services, liaising with the suppliers of these services and checking invoices. Interested candidates should ideally have worked in a property environment or have solid office administration experience with strong IT skills.

This is an opportunity to join a growing and friendly team in North West London. Parking is available on site and a generous holiday package is included.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and querying invoices
  • Collating meter readings and updating spreadsheets/internal company App
  • Checking invoices are correctly received
  • Following up with suppliers where necessary
  • Filing invoices correctly
  • Liaising with other members of staff to facilitate their requirements

You will have:

  • Office experience, min 5 years
  • Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to use search engines
  • Confident and polite communicator, both over the phone and on email
  • Property experience - desirable

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who has a willingness to assist tenants, suppliers and team members within a friendly office environment. Please note, this is a fully office based role, Monday - Friday.
