The role involves supporting service users to improve their mental health, manage physical health problems, or address substance misuse if required, and providing intensive housing management to residents in our supported accommodation.
The Project Worker will engage creatively with people who are or who have recently experienced homelessness.
You will help to identify and enable the growth of their strengths and talents as you work with them to develop the skills and resources to transform their lives and enable independent living.
To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a local housing association which exists to meet housing need in the communities in Surrey, for a Planned Works Project Officer on a 4-month temporary basis.
This is a full-time role and offers flexible hybrid working.
Day to day duties will include
Support the planned works programme manager to deliver effective programmes of work that deliver excellent customer outcomes and engagement from the outset to completion.
You will support the management of effective delivery of the clients' major repairs programme and investment projects by undertaking a wide range duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence.
Temporary cover is required for approximately 3 months.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Friday on a rota basis, covering early (8AM - 4PM) and late (2:30PM - 10:30PM) shifts.
