About the Role

Base Location: Perth

Salary: £31,339 - £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent| Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:

  • Managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
  • Coordinating and preparing all project meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
  • Supporting the project team meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinating all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Assisting the project team with the project specific administration duties.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Project experience is beneficial.
  • You will be highly literate with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to prioritise workload in demanding timescales.
  • You should also have a proven ability to manage different stakeholders at once, sometimes with conflicting priorities, and be able to prioritise and work in the most effectively way.
  • The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.

Please note, travelling between our offices and project site offices will also be required, therefore a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Occasional overnight stays will also be required.
