This is a full-time role and offers flexible hybrid working.
Working for a large FM and Maintenance Provider to the MOD estate, this role is working on a large housing maintenance refurbishment programme across a large swathe of England for the accommodation of HM Forces personnel.
This will involve everything including renewable energy, new door programme, windows, loft and cavity insulation, cyclical decoration, roofing (traditional and non-traditional systems), Internal Works; Electric and gas heating systems, decoration, kitchen, and bathroom upgrades.
This role is home based, but will require occasional visits to MOD bases within the East Midlands region.
