Charity Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator for an Educational Charity based near Liverpool Street in London. This is a temporary three-month contract, with the potential for extension. The role involves hybrid working, with some days required in the office. This role is to start immediately.

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organising files, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring the team inbox.

Your duties will also include financial support, such as raising invoices and processing expenses. You will assist in gathering accurate data, conducting surveys, evaluating programmes, and measuring outcomes.

You will coordinate logistics for activities such as workshops, training sessions, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are available. This includes managing aspects of event planning, such as liaising with venues, booking accommodation, and organising catering.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
  • Experience managing data, maintaining accurate records, compiling reports, and conducting programme evaluations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CRM systems for data management and administrative tasks
