Our client Bromley Council, is looking for an interim programme manager to support adult social care throughout winter to meet and respond to seasonal demands and mitigate the impact on social care provision ensuring statutory responsibilities continue to be met.
The post holder will oversee the mobilisation of winter funding as well as support the system where necessary for example supporting the review and development of operational pathways where additional demand or delays may be identified, or working with the adult social care provider market to meet increase in demand during the period.

Manage LBB winter funding, deploying it to meet presenting needs ensuring increased capacity meets need, is delivered within the financial envelope and achieves maximum impact.

We are now looking to recruit a researcher role with a core focus on qualitative or mixed methods research, to work on design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting across several key research projects.
All our work focusses on understanding the challenges low- to moderate-income households in the UK face, and exploring and evaluating potential policy and market solutions to those challenges.
The Research Lead will take a leadership role in a new Nest Insight programme: The Financial Resilience Accelerator.
Managing a significant 7-figure budget, they will help identify effective and scalable solutions to support greater financial resilience for low- and moderate-income workers in the UK, and undertake evaluation and pilot/trial activity around one such solution, debt-savings hybrids.
Working arrangements: Full time, 35 hours per week.
Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Appointments for this role will generally be made at £25,731 ( Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy)
