Role Overview
The Head of Private Client will lead and expand the Private Client department, encompassing areas such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection (including applications), Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection Advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Administration of Compensation trusts .
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
The Directorate PA will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Head of Operations/Directorate Management Team and manage and co-ordinate the administration in the Secretariat, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
