My client is a large manufacturing business, developing and producing Cosmetic, Nutritional, Pharma and Medical Device markets from three production sites and one logistics centre in the UK.
This role reports into the Head of Operations, heading up a small team with responsibility for production control, purchasing and inventory management.
Having the prime objective of managing and coordinating the interface between engineering and manufacturing in a make to order capital equipment arena.
Working closely with the quality team to communicate QC issues on packaging & raw materials to customers in order to resolve in a timely and effective manner.
Driving all customer communications on the status of the project ensuring the customer is aware of any internal discussions, quality issues or amendments to timings.

We are recruiting for a Production Team Leaderfor a global manufacturing company in Lymington, Hampshire.
The company is a family owned/run business that produces innovative Tapes and Sealants that are supplied to some of the world's biggest names in the construction industry.
For 50 years they have been designing, engineering and producing tapes that have found their way around the world from the manufacturing and sales HQ in Lymington.
This role will be integral for the project/order management with liaison between the different internal departments in the business from sales, design, manufacturing and dispatch to make sure products are produced to timeframes and issues are dealt with as they arise.
To be ideal for this role you must have excellent motivational people skills and confident meeting with department heads, be able to project manage the orders making sure changes in priorities and requirements are dealt with and all departments are aware of changes in orders or have a correct lead time on an order.
Our client who is a specialist in the manufacture of bespoke products is keen to find a very organised, practical and adaptable candidate to join and become a key member within the business.
As a Manufacturing Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, meeting KPIs, completing works orders, and maintaining overall process quality.
