Manufacturing Supervisor
As a Manufacturing Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, meeting KPIs, completing works orders, and maintaining overall process quality. Key Accountabilities:
- Uphold Health and Safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Implement clean-as-you-go practices and maintain workstations to standards.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork including KPIs and works orders accurately.
- Follow the production plan and escalate issues to the Production Manager promptly.
- Foster a professional environment that encourages teamwork and high achievement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong adherence to instructions and reliability.
- Good time management skills and initiative.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Understanding of GMP.
