Our client are a leading Manufacturing company based in Oldbury, and are looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator for their Production team.
The purpose of the role
To support the day-to-day operations within the company, including taking ownership of production related documentation and revision control, generating dispatch and delivery notes, liaising with transport to ensure maximum adherence to site contract dates, relevant statistical information, with strict adherence to the company management systems.
Job details
Effectively communicate document control changes with all functions including design and production.
Generating and processing quotations and sales orders in a timely manner.
Dealing with all aspects of telephone sales including entry onto database.
