What you will be doing as the Production Manager:
- Managing up to 15 staff
- Strong management skills are required to lead, motivate and train your team
- Managing staff holidays, sickness, 1-1'setc.
- Working in a fast paced light production environment
- Develop and monitor production schedules
- Implement and optimise ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance at all times
Person Specification
- You will have a strong background as a Production manager within a manufacturing environment
- Ideally you will have experience with CNC's and presses
- You will have strong ERP / MRP experience
- You will be a strong people manager
- You will be an excellent communicator
- You will be able to work in a fast paced production environment, offering process and procedure improvements
