Office Administrator

Interaction Recruitment are seeking an Office Administrator for our client based in Oldbury.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee the day to day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative process run smoothtly.
  • Providing support to colleagues , including handling correspondence , preparing documents and scheduling meetings.
  • Managing communication channels , such as phone calls and emails.
  • Manage fata entry and other record keeping tasks.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receiveable.
  • Coordinate with building managment for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work envinroment.
  • Support the recruitment , onboarding and training of new staff members.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 0900 to 1700.
