Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Booking transport
  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Produce commercial documents with commodity codes applicable to specific products.
  • Respond to customer requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel (essential), Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous
