A1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Tottenham, London for a Production Controller.
Duties and responsibilities
To support the goals of the Production Department and help to achieve their business targets, scheduling production work, supporting the buying and selling of a range of Litho Print & Envelope services.
To gain a full knowledge of the range of services provided in all departments.
This role will be integral for the project/order management with liaison between the different internal departments in the business from sales, design, manufacturing and dispatch to make sure products are produced to timeframes and issues are dealt with as they arise.
Our client who is a specialist in the manufacture of bespoke products is keen to find a very organised, practical and adaptable candidate to join and become a key member within the business.
To be ideal for this role you must have excellent motivational people skills and confident meeting with department heads, be able to project manage the orders making sure changes in priorities and requirements are dealt with and all departments are aware of changes in orders or have a correct lead time on an order.
Continental Night Shift: 21.45pm - 10.00am 2 Days on/2 Days off/3 days on/2 days off/2 days on/3 days off

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the day to day running of the Block Plant and Metals production within the company, in line with business needs.
Within this role you will be responsible for achieving and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Block Plant and Metals production operations to provide quality, on time and in full orders to our customers, whilst achieving excellence in safety.
The role will include accountability for all matters that contribute to the business' effective operation and Health & Safety, including management of production and materials, developing a committed workforce, talent and succession management, operational efficiency with a quality focus and instilling a Zero Harm culture.
