As a PMO Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the CEO in all efforts linked to management and maximising growth of Business Units.
The ideal PMO Coordinator will bring at least 5 years of experience in relevant areas such as business administration, project management, key functions or consulting background.
You will be responsible for preparing Executive Committee meetings, capturing decisions and actions, following up on action items, ensuring that strategic initiatives are led to completion across different functions, coordinating projects portfolio, reporting progress to the Executive team, and representing the CEO in some meetings.
This role will be to work with the PMO team to deliver on a range of governance changes along with project planning.
