Senior PMO Lead

Our retail client is looking for a Senior PMO Lead to join them on a contract basis. The PMO Lead will be directly reporting into the Transformation Director and overseeing a portfolio of work.
Accountabilities:
- Defining and owning the Brand portfolio plan, including sequencing, milestone tracking against baseline and dependency identification and tracking
- Management of Brand portfolio forums, including governance and financial approvals
- Works closely with Finance Senior Managers, collating the Brand portfolio cost & benefit position, providing commentary on any variations to plan and managing any trade-offs within the Brand
- Constructively challenges senior stakeholders accountable for the delivery of the brand portfolio to maximise the chances of success and delivery of benefits
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience as a Portfolio or PMO Manager working across a large, multi-disciplinary portfolio of work.
- Working with senior stakeholders to build constructive, trusted relationships
- Evidencing exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to analyse and present complex delivery information and insight
- Managing portfolio finances (costs and benefits) and demonstrating commercial acumen
- Use of industry-leading PPM tool(s) for portfolio, programme, project and product management
- Team Leadership
