As a Platform Business Manager/PMO, you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned labs, specifically focusing on budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing budgets, forecasts, and month-end reconciliations for assigned labs.
Raising and managing purchase orders in accordance with project needs.
Utilising systems such as Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira for project tracking and financial management.
Ensuring all requirements across assigned labs are met on time through effective stakeholder management and coordination with lab contacts.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Demonstrable experience in budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management.
Hands-on knowledge of Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
