The HR Officer is the first point of contact to assist and support management with handling and resolving ER related queries and general HR support required.
They will be responsible for ensuring all employee records are maintained efficiently and accurately as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of administration processes.

Additionally, the post holder would work on an ad hoc basis with Senior Payroll Officer on various projects across the Fire Division.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Working within the Finance Department, this role is primarily responsible for the co-ordination and administration of the timely and accurate delivery of payrolls that are processed centrally for the Fire division.
Assist management in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures, including staff performance and health and safety.
Develop and maintain the company's HR Management System in line with ISO accreditation, covering time management, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and training records.
