Head of HR Business Partnering

Lead and manage the People Partners to develop and embed a strategic business partnering model, with the primary role to collaborate, influence and enable business leaders and their teams to deliver their priorities through effective and expert People Planning.
As a Personal Assistant to the Directors, you will be an essential partner, helping them manage their daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of their day-to-day tasks.
You will need to be proactive, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

Temporary Administrative support to the Director for Climate and Infrastructure - 3 days per week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing professional HR advice to all levels of managers across the full range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, performance improvement, early resolution, sickness absence, redeployment, in line with our policies and employment legislation.
We are currently recruiting for our key client who have a requirement for a temporary People Coordinator will go permanent to the right candidate - immediate start.
Full-time hours 37.5 Monday to Friday (fully office based)

Manage a caseload of disabled children or young people aged 0-25 to assess, plan, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users, working in a person-centred way.
Work with the service user and their families/carers to develop a package of support/assistance as they prepare to become adults and in their early adult life that promotes and maintains independence and wellbeing; where appropriate involve other agencies and use community resources to provide equality of opportunity, full participation and inclusion in society.
Main duties and responsibilities
Manage a complex and diverse caseload of children, young people and their families, undertaking assessments to determine the needs and capabilities of clients and carers, and drawing up plans of support under the supervision and guidance of a designated supervisor, using agreed eligibility criteria and in accordance with statutory requirements, Directorate and Corporate Policy and National Legislation.
