As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all our employees, handling various pay-related queries, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 9-12 months.

Collate all timesheets for weekly paid employees across our group of companies.

Our client is a leading firm in the Business and professional Service industry, boasting a workforce of over 1,000 dedicated employees.
Position Purpose: This role is a key member of the HR Services team, responsible for the controlling and processing of the the bank and related companies' payroll administration onto the payroll system.
On a day to day basis, this role is responsible for working with the Business and HR data team to ensure all data and administration is processed and received in a timely manner.
They are recruiting this role into their payroll team to cover a maternity leave but the business is growing so as much as the position is initially a fixed term contract for 12 months the likelihood is that there will be a permanent role either at the end of at some point in the contract.
My client is an accountancy firm based in Chester.
They will also consider part-time hours if this is something that fits with personal requirements.

The primary focus of this role is assisting in the seamless and accurate delivery of 5 UK based payrolls, supported by an effective and efficient payroll service to over 10,000 employees.
