? Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months - potentially ongoing)

?? Hourly Rate: £22 - £23

?? Start Date: ASAP

�? About the Organisation:

?? Role Summary:

As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee the company's 2x monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work independently while collaborating with the Payroll Manager on various projects and providing guidance. Your expertise in payroll principles and experience with Success Factors & SAP will be vital for success in this role.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer 2x monthly payrolls, accurately calculating and processing company and statutory payments.
  • Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and procedures, adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Monitor time and attendance data accuracy and transfer to the HR system.
  • Process payments to HMRC and 3rd party providers accurately and on time.
  • Provide timely and confidential resolution to payroll queries from employees.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager in producing P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
  • Maintain and update processes and work instructions as necessary.
  • Adjust T&A entries to ensure correct payment for hourly employees.
  • Administer pension schemes and manage monthly deductions, contributions, and starters/leavers.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and HRIS specialist to synchronise HR databases with SAP Payroll.
  • Resolve anomalies in the T&A system and provide support for corrections when needed.

?? Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing monthly and hourly payrolls.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, especially SuccessFactors & SAP.
  • Strong understanding of UK tax rules and pension obligations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

�? Required Qualifications:

  • CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate or higher.
