Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join their team
Duties include
To manage the Payroll Team in ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and that payslips, statutory returns and reports are produced and validated in a timely manner.
Ensure appropriate workload allocation, sharing of knowledge, review performance and instil a culture of continuous improvement, development and outstanding customer service.
My client has identified the need for payroll consultant with implementation exposure to join the payroll function on a permanent basis.
We therefore seek a responsible individual, with enthusiasm and the ability to take on new challenges, streamline processes, implement new clients onto a bespoke system, and help support the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' payroll systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
We are recruiting for an Operations & Finance Coordinator for a large Property Management firm.
This is a position will report to the Head of Operations and Risk and work alongside the Operations Leadership Team to support in the day-to-day function of the department.
They will be confident in overseeing the whole financial process and will be a key link between the Operations and Financial Departments.
