Operations and Finance Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Operations & Finance Coordinator for a large Property Management firm. This is a position will report to the Head of Operations and Risk and work alongside the Operations Leadership Team to support in the day-to-day function of the department. They will be confident in overseeing the whole financial process and will be a key link between the Operations and Financial Departments. Salary £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus and benefits

This is a Monday to Friday FULL TIME position working onsite 5 days a week non negotiable

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Taking minutes for meetings.
  • Co-ordinating room bookings and diaries for Operations Leadership Team.
  • Chasing up logged works, contractor reports and generally supporting the repairs and maintenance helpdesk
  • Attendance at regular team site walks and daily meetings.
  • Log, control and oversee the completion of daily reactive observations.
  • Support with the management of insurance claims.
  • Support with specific Operations related queries from the Customer Service desk.
  • Support budget holders with the defined Financial Process including raising PO's and contributing to Monthly reporting.
  • Assisting the Operations team with event co-ordination, management, and execution.
  • Ensure that all Staff Welfare areas are managed by Service Partners in accordance with expectations and take control of the Welfare Meeting room booking process.
  • Logging reactive maintenance enquiries and passing them onto Maintenance.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience we are seeking;

  • At least 1 years' experience in similar administrative support role.
  • At least 1 years' experience in overseeing Financial Processes.
  • Ability to cope in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in an agile, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and use of initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritisation.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical skills, Including proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Ability to multitask.
