PA / Executive Assistant - Solihull - Hybrid - Immediate Start PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant / PA to support our Chief Financial Officer whom is partly based in our HQ on the Birmingham Business Park, Solihull. The role is a 3 month fixed term contract and is available for immediate start. The role can be Employed or Self Employed and invoiced. A split of home / office working is available - we estimate 3 days office and 2 days home with flexibility on days. Travel arrangements for CFO Hotel bookings for staff in HQ HR processes and new starter set ups Expense consolidation and submission. Weekly team meetings, minutes. Team event planning and support where required. Assist with ad-hoc office projects. Liaise with other Personal Assistants Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years PA experience Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. I am recruiting an experienced PA to join an industry leading business based in St Asaph. Reporting directly to the MD you will be responsible for providing a high level of efficient and professional administrative support to the MD and other Directors. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, you will be highly organised and articulate with good communication skills. You will be joining a friendly team and will be based onsite, working in modern offices, in St Asap. Responsibilities Include: Diary management - pro-actively manage a busy diary, make appointments and arrange meeting rooms. Telephone liaison - answer client queries, take messages and field calls where appropriate. Manage incoming communication and ensure that all mail is processed in an accurate and timely manner. Organising and making travel arrangements when necessary and ensure that all work activities are scheduled effectively. Communicate daily with Director(s), ensuring a high level of awareness of current priorities and whereabouts. Liaise with various internal and external employees and stakeholders of the business. Project management, liaising with and supporting the Leadership Team with projects. Networking internally - building relationships with internal stakeholders. Supporting the MD with internal communications and video content creation Research Good time management and prioritising skills Process expense claims where necessary. Assist with the organisation of, and attend, client and internal events, including Board Meetings, Strategy Days, social events and the Annual Conference. Prepare and distribute agendas. Typing of general correspondence. Typing, amending, formatting, and binding reports. Coordinate reports for managers meetings.
