Position: Personal Assistant (part time/up to 3 days per week)

Our client is a market-leading boutique IFA firm based in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. Established over 30 years ago, the business has developed a fantastic reputation as a Financial Planner and built up a large base of clients across the South East of England.
THE ROLE
The firm is currently looking to hire an experienced part-time PA to assist the Managing Director. The position is office based. Reporting to the MD, the PA's typical duties will include:
- Managing the MDs diary
- Coordinating meetings for other staff members
- Enhance overall office efficiency
- Streamlining financial operations
- Invoice control, payroll preparation and cash flow management
- General administration
- Dealing with clients by phone, email and face to face
- Project management
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for the PA vacancy will have the following criteria:
- Background working as a PA, ideally in a small/SME business
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Excellent administration and communication skills
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

- Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
