JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Legal Secretary must have the ability to communicate effectively, establish good working relationships and anticipate the needs of the attorneys, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Must be a resourceful team-player who can work in a progressive, fast-paced environment with competing demands, while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient.
We are working with a British law firm who specialise in commercial, data privacy, dispute resolution, corporate, employment, immigration, IP and real estate, with offices across the UK they are continuously growing, and they are now looking for a Legal Secretary to join their office in Cardiff.
The Secretary will be responsible for offering top-tier support to assigned Partners and Associates in the Employment, Immigration, and Data Privacy and Cyber practice groups.
This role will collaborate closely with other secretaries, the central Billing team, and the Co-Chief Practice Transformation Officer to identify and implement agreed-upon improvements in billing and credit control processes.
