My client is looking to recruit a Learning & Development professional to join their team and work globally.

You will play a key role in building a learning culture and ensuring learning opportunities are maximised designing and delivering training and offering coaching.
You will work in partnership with the HR Business Partners and engage with stakeholders to deliver and evaluate value-add learning and development support to employees, through delivering Capability interventions in line with our business strategy, people strategy, and learning methodology.
You will deliver and evaluate induction training in an effective and engaging way to enhance the learners experience to all new starters and to ensure they are ready for their roles.
Reporting into the People Director you will be accountable for the development, planning and delivery of a variety of learning initiatives, with the purpose of ensuring employees are suitably qualified, competent and skilled to undertake their roles.
I am currently supporting a client, based on the Fylde Coast in their search for a Head of Learning and Development.
