The Audience Development Manager Midlevel Giving will work with the Head of Public Fundraising, Head of Philanthropy and Audience Development Lead for Major Donors to develop a growth plan for mid-level giving at the National Trust; to support identifying and designing the capabilities needed to enable the growth of mid-level giving and to provide support for piloting new capabilities as they are developed.
We're currently looking for an Audience Development Manager Mid-Level Giving to join our team on an 24 month fixed term contract.
You'll play a critical role in the Fundraising Growth programme, which will create sustainable, professional and scalable fundraising capabilities across the National Trust.
As a Registered Manager, you will coach, mentor, and develop the team and support their personal and professional growth to enable them to contribute value to the business.
The Registered Manager will provide strong leadership of the administration, transition, care, and people that are aligned with the company's core values while demonstrating knowledge of current standards and regulations that apply to the service.
Job Scope
As a Registered Manager and working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the service.
This role will join the existing three Apprenticeship Officers and the Apprenticeship Manager, and you will be supporting a new and exciting programme that will be running over the next 3 years initially - this will entail helping to design and develop the programme and then supporting our Apprentices, Line Managers and Mentors and selecting and building strong and robust relationships with our Training Providers.
You'll be working as part of the Apprenticeship team based in Swindon, but supporting this specific apprenticeship programme, as well as supporting other daily activities related to our wider apprenticeship programmes.
We're currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Officer to join our team working 37.5 hours a week.
£45,000 to £55,000, (DOE Higher Salary Potential),
This role will mainly focus on the spirits markets and will involve a mixture of new business and account management in the Southwest and therefore will require travel due to the nature of the role.
