Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sufficient sales activity, territory coverage, and market development to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Leading regular meetings with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and secure long-term business.
- Keeping up-to-date with competitor strategies and activities to identify new business growth areas.
- Attending trade shows and industry conferences to network
Person Specification:
We seek a candidate with a proven track record in business development or field-based sales within the Industrial market. Within this role you will need to have the ability to travel widely and at short notice.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience selling into Industry, food and beverage, Energy sectors
- Excellent influencing, communication, and negotiation skills
- strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- A collaborative and consultative approach to prospecting opportunities.
