My client is looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic and nurturing nursery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a vital part in the educational journey of children aged 2-4 years, fostering their growth and helping them reach their full potential in a supportive, joyful environment. This role is available on a full-time basis starting from September and working for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support children's holistic development through engaging indoor and outdoor educational activities
  • Attend to the physical needs of young children, including first aid, changing clothes, and toilet training
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Teacher to assess children's development and maintain accurate records
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support each child's progress
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and organization of learning materials and resources

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Hold a professional qualification such as an NNEB Diploma or NVQ III in Early Years
  • Have a deep understanding of child development and a commitment to child-centered learning
  • Display excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for working closely with parents and staff
  • Possess a warm, nurturing attitude with a creative approach to engaging young learners
