Service Solutions Care are looking for a Curriculum and Performance Manager for a client on a permanent basis.
Knowledge/Experience required
Hold or work towards Certificate in Education (level 4) or equivalent.
Following a successful contract win in late 2023 from one of the UK's largest and most trusted financial service providers, we will provide both contact centre and administrative solutions to help assist its 25 million customers.
Specifically, we will be supporting the end-to-end customer journey, right from the moment they are looking to open an account with the provider, to the time they need to get in touch to make any amendments or close an account.
We are looking for an experienced Dialler Manager to join an amazing business in their Manchester site.
The individual we seek will be used to working in a highly fast paced Contact Centre operation and will look after the business Connex Dialler Manager (Previous Connex Dialler management experience, Excel & SQL).

Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children and young people with their physical, psychological, emotional and social development.
Managing the home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it is meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
Being accountable for delivering a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base in which to flourish.
