We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domiciliary Care service within Greater Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to clients living in their own home settings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a small staffing team to ensure the delivery of excellent care services
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of care within the community, including medication administration and personal care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Handle administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the service
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or deputy manager role.
- Strong background in working with individuals in care
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of care professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in coordinating care services effectively
