Registered Manager|Greater Manchester|Up to £60,000 DOE
Job duties:
- Being accountable for delivering a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base in which to flourish.
- Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children and young people with their physical, psychological, emotional and social development.
- Managing the home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it is meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement care plans for children in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care.
- Coordinate activities and programs to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's health, progress, and any incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Experience of working in a managerial role within a children's residential setting (2 years is preferrable).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Benefits:
- Salary from £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
- Bonus of 10%-12.5% of salary reviewed annually.
