Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Healthcare Regulatory Body in their search for an interim Legal Counsel to provide advice on a range of legal areas including commercial contracts, data protection, equality and employment laws, fitness to practise and review of case examiner decisions.
You will act as a decision maker in the decision-making groups for triage decisions in fitness to practise process, and deal with case related correspondence from across the judicial system.
This role will focus particularly on business support, for example advising on areas such as commercial contracts, data protection and employment and equality laws.

We're looking for an In-House Lawyer on a 12-month maternity cover handling matters such as commercial contracts, data protection, and employment law.
I am keen to speak with Professional Indemnity Solicitors with circa 4-5PQE who are looking to join a Tier 1 defendant professional indemnity team in Leeds on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
The work is predominantly professional indemnity, acting for members of various professions but primarily lawyers (both Solicitors and Barristers), construction professionals, accountants, insurance brokers, independent financial advisers and surveyors.
This is a central Leeds based role offering hybrid working.
