Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing and scanning important documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and internal team members.
  • Utilising your IT skills to effectively manage and retrieve digital files.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using various software and systems related to document management.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours and Compensation:

  • Start date: 08.10.2024
  • End date: 18.10.2024 (possibly longer)
  • Hours: 8.00-16.30 with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Hourly rate: £12.00
