- The appointed solicitor will offer clients comprehensive legal advice, conduct thorough case analyses, and work closely with professionals, including barristers, forensic experts, and investigators.
- You will represent clients in court proceedings, including bail hearings, pre-trial conferences, and plea negotiations, while also staying current with relevant laws and legal developments.
- Applications are open to a qualified solicitor with 3 years' PQE in a similar role and experience in criminal defence, specifically within drink driving, drug driving, fatalities, dangerous driving and speeding.
- This role is initially office based but the firm can offer hybrid working arrangements after the settling in period.
